The land yelds wholesome products and signs their praises guarding their ancient spirit, the traditions of the past.

Freshly baked bread comes from wood ovens while spices and creativity fashion a varied cuisine that goes from the strong taste of chilli pepper and onion to the sweeter flavours of traditional cakes.
